Boutique small and friendly come and visit Rye soon.
According to the reviews - we offer the very highest rated Bed and Breakfast and Self Catering accommodation that's available for any short break or holiday in the UK, no other venue in the UK has two 5 star gold awards. There are no Rye Hotels with 5 star Gold, so it looks as though you found what you are looking for especially if you like Boutique.
Choose from one of two really popular BnB rooms, most people call them suites
We have spacious 2 and 3 person suites the Royal Military Suite and the Rother Valley suite which form part of our Bed and Breakfast facilities, in total we can accommodate up to 6 people here, the suites can adjoin if needed.
Each of these warm comfortable and well appointed double rooms has King size beds one of which is a sleigh bed able to comfortably accommodate our taller guests over 6ft 6inches. The Rother Valley suite has the large double shower and no bath, the Royal Military has the double ended slipper bath and the hydro massage shower. Both suites have mains pressure hot and cold water.
Self Catering penthouse - assisted or otherwise for up to 6 people
Our Hennessy suite is ideal for a gathering of family and friends or business associates who desire quality private space and also available for couples on our special two night rate introduced in June 2011
New Two Person rate in the Penthouse
Imagine a 2,000 sq foot Penthouse apartment with your choice of a barley twist four poster in the Avenue Room or the Rye Room with a massive drawing room with 48 inch TV and DVD player with a library of films, your own slipper bathroom and a large shower big enough for two. The Hennessy quite is large, to give you a feel for it imagine a 3 bedroom house but larger in fact it's bigger than any restaurant in Rye. You have your own entrance and secure off road parking.
If you are looking for a Boutique hotel then please read our reviews to see why so many guests now consider Saltcote Place a home from home. Parking in Rye is a challenge and with the seagulls in the town centre a quiet nights sleep may also involve an early start.
The term Boutique hotel has been hijacked in recent years by marketing hype of subscription only membership outfits who will only list one venue per town. This means you will not be always getting the "best available" rather you are being presented with the only member in the town for that particular "membership club". Always read the independent reviews and in regard to Rye there are only Bed and Breakfasts who have the coveted 5 star gold award from Visit Britain.
