We officially offer the very highest rated Bed and Breakfast and Self Catering accommodation that's available for any UK Holidays, no other venue in the UK has two 5 star gold awards. There are no Rye Hotels with 5 star Gold.

If you are looking for a Boutique hotel then you will probably not always find the highest quality of service or comfort, let alone parking and a quiet nights sleep since the term Boutique hotel has been hijacked in recent years by marketing hype of subscription only membership outfits who will only list one venue per town. This means you will not be always getting the "best available" rather you are being presented with the only member in the town for that particular "membership club". Always read the independant reviews and in regard to Rye there are only Bed and Breakfasts who have the coveted 5 star gold award from Visit Britain.

Two warm comfortable and well appointed double rooms with King size beds one of which is a sleigh bed able to take those guests over 6ft 6inches. The Rother Valley suite has the large double shower and no bath, the Royal Military has the double ended slipper bath and the hydro massage shower.

Halfway between London and Paris, Rye is often the venue of choice for the more sophisticated Directors, after business comes the pleasure of relaxing in Rye, we have most if not all of the facilities you would find at a large hotel without the impersonal touches.
