The Royal Military suite is really quiet; in the evenings and early mornings you will probably hear more owls than seagulls and see more foxes, badgers and rabits than traffic. The suite enjoys far reaching views over the Romney marshes toward Folkestone, the Military Canal and over the gardens at Saltcote Place.

The mains pressure double ended roll top bath is very popular, and the hydro massage shower in the private bathroom is great fun, watch out for those jets of water as they hit you from all angles.

With your own entrance, you may come and go as you please, we offer complimentary WiFi, and a full turn down as standard.

A dividing door separates the Royal Military suite from the Rother Valley which sleeps a further 2 adults, within your suite you also have the benefit of a smaller bedroom which has bunkbeds.


You have your own remote for both sets of gates so you can come and go as you please and leave your car in our secure grounds, we are a very short walk into Rye.
